The work-flow begins with a Windows Service that pulls data from a SQL database that is edited
by the maintenance Change Control manager, AND data from the Change Control database where it
compares the data to ensure it is all current, and creates an Exchange Calendar appointment with
the combined information including extra notes and directions added by the CC manager:
The CC notes editor is an easy to use web form where the CC manager can add notes, edit existing
notes, change the Exchange Calendar attendee list, create checklists, etc:
The Exchange Calendar Appointments are color coded to match the review board:
The Review Board displays the current Change Controls in the NOC and is linked for display on the
technicians pc's where they can access the work-flow links and tools:
