This Tiled Monitoring Dashboard for end users and/or technical support can be customized for

When a Tile is clicked, expanded tile data displays detailed information:

Hover-over pop-ups can display additional information:

Clicking a server row brings up a management window that can be used to access information or
perform management tasks:

Clicking the Details & Knowledge link opens a triage page:

The Triage page lists the alerts for the server selected, and has tools and links to display
full context and knowledgebase support information from SCOM. When an alert is clicked, it
displays the information for that alert in the right pane:

The Triage page has additional tools and links to perform maintenance tasks such as putting
the alert in Maintenance Mode, or Closing the alert.

The work-flow process also brings data into the form to help determine if work is already being
done. Buttons are available to create a Ticket for this alert, or search for details on work that
is already being done or has recently been performed on this server.
